Voting cannot be done via the BCMA / Doctors of BC web site. Search your email for a communication “from” helpdesk@everyonecounts.com. It will look like:

Subject: IMPORTANT VOTE – CMA Delegate Nominee Vote
You’ll need to search whichever account you had last provided to the Association.
Check your inbox, spam, junk and un-emptied trash and recycling folders and if after that you cannot find them, or if you may have deleted the e-mails with their PIN numbers, email Jessica Cavers at the Doctors of BC.
These emails will contain:
- the link of the outside company where you will log in, and
- your unique, private Personal Identification Number (PIN)
To vote in support of your candidate
- click to exercise your choice, and then click “Next”
- make sure you advance to the “Voting summary” screen and click Finish.
